NRA Member Portal - IT Issues

#1 Post by pigsy »

Morning,

Is anyone else having issues with the Azolve member portal?

I'm trying to reset my username and the link sent to revalidate simply takes you through to an error page. I did have a contact in IT at the NRA for this but their e-mail now bounces back. In all honesty I'm not actually sure it's ever worked and I'm missing logging my shoots because of this.

In addition I can't find information for any IT support on the site.

All a bit frustrating really.

Contact Murray Hossack, extension 163.
Very easy to find the IT bod on the NRA website.

Link should take you to all who can be contacted at the NRA Bisley.

I haven't been able to access my shooting history (the target icon) from any pc other than the one in the NRA building at Bisley. It just does not appear on any other computer i seem to use.

That is the way it's configured to work. Presumably to discourage anyone who would want to record a visit without actually having visited!

Thanks for the pointers - viewing on the mobile is not ideal.

However, absolutley top notch from Murray who got onto the issue in 15 mins tops!

When i first tried it and couldn't see the target icon i contacted the NRA directly they then spent 2 days trying to get to work for me. If i had been told that first off i wouldn't have worried. I thought you were able to view it remotely but not make changes for the reason you mention
thanks Andrew

Murray is a God.
Well, good with the membership systems anyway...
