I see the new Chief Exec is permanent does that mean he will stay in post regardless of performance.

I'd like to see the targets, no pun intended, he is set by council.

Personally I am delighted to see that at long last we have a new CEO and wish him well in his new role. I also sincerely hope he questions everything and takes no prisoners.

Sorry me being oblique again, it was a reference to UKGSer, a bike forum which a few on here are aware of.
