From what I've heard the 308 curronlt only has a 20inch barrel, the new version due to arrive shortly has a 24 which generally would be better for longer distances.

They have the "enhanced" version in my local shop in .308. I'm sure that has a 24" barrel.
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?
