New bolt action rifles from Turkey

#1 Post by Chuck »

HUGLU are well known for their shotguns (the missus and I visited their factory yonks ago and she got her trap gun made to measure from scratch)..so this looks like a departure.

For the naysayers, HUGLU guns were also being sent out in CZ Boxes...

Anyway just for interest...

Yep leave all the tactical stuff but the others look well worth a try. Wait to read the reviews though :-)

There are some exceptional guns coming out of Turkey now. Some of their handguns are really becoming the “go to” value guns.

But unfortunately, some of their “styling” leaves a lot to be desired!!
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Guns dont kill people. Dads with pretty Daughters do...!

Seems like a very heavy barrel on the hunting rifle, ungainly stock too but its always good to see new makers entering the field.

Depending on the cost these could help fill the gap at the budget end of the market that used to be occupied by Howa and Tikka before them.
