Re: CZ 527 .17 .22 Hornet and .223 Guides
This guide differs from the more conventional Shooting SHED Cleaning Rod Guides in that it is not fitted with a nose section O'Ring due to the lack of material required to fit the O'Ring. Instead it is held in place by the receiver ejection mechanism/bolt release catch.
Operation: Pull back the bolt release catch and slide the cleaning rod guide fully into the receiver, you can now release the bolt release catch and the guide will be held in place. To remove pull back the bolt release catch fully, You should feel a slight click when it is fully open, now slide the guide out.
Please note that due to the method of locking the guide in place there will be some movement of the guide when in the receiver, this is normal and in no way impacts the performance and operation of the guide.
The Shooting SHED CZ 527 Hornet guide is suitable for both the .22 Hornet and .17 Hornet and as such is fully interchangeable.

It has been commented in the past that if it is not shiny, it is not from the SHED
