Installing new hard drives apparently, although its taking longer than they thought. We will be back up and running soon and new products are coming.

Now, when I was into web design it was customary to have the new site ready to go before you trash the old one off the server
But I see there is a French element so maybe that explains it

Well the site is back up and the short fight has been had and it does indeed appear I am not getting an AR

I'm past the tears stage now, just in shock. Ive got no pants or shirt just a stick to help me hobble through the undergrowth and an old hanky to lay my head upon when darkness falls.
Christ, I'm starting to fill up writing this!
