Licence controlled shoot
Ahooj,
In order to keep a French shooting licence active and keep our guns, we need to have a controlled/recorded shoot of 40 rounds at 25 meters every 4 months .
I usually rotate & use different guns and this time it was my Cz Shadow’s turn.
I purchased this Cz second-hand a while ago in good condition with an unknown rounds counts. By now I added 1,000’s of mainly Geco without any stoppages what-so-ever.
Saturday was very sunny and I put down the 2 flyers (my 2 first shots) to the sun bouncing on the target.
I truly love this pistol & except the Glock, I have to force myself to leave him in the safe to give his mates a chance of a trip to the range

Very nice, that Shadow is a great shooter.
Maybe one day I'll own a proper handgun again

Boo hoo! I really miss my handguns too. Can't see me with another unless I become a drug dealer now!BamBam wrote:Very nice, that Shadow is a great shooter.

Indeed ... No firing block, 1.5 Kg pull, amazing short reset makes pulling the trigger just amazing. For sure the Shadow is much better & capable than that dude behind the pistol
Can't see me with another (handgun) unless I become a drug dealer now
Cant do with gold teeth colored big bums twerking chixs, so a trip to France or the Czech Rep is a far more civilized way IMO to go about it

Re: Licence controlled shoot
What were the particulars of the “test”? Single handed, weak handed, timed etc? Or just 40 rounds on target however you’d like?
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?
Guns dont kill people. Dads with pretty Daughters do...!

LOL, got to agree with you Froggy I'm not into gold teeth and big bums! Fancy the trip idea though.

Say its not so Mon amis, am I to understand you do not enjoy la grand derriere?
Very nice handgun and shooting! I missed out on the handgun phase but I've always liked the aesthetics of the CZ 75 handguns and this one is no different.
