New acquisition

24" and less, a place to discuss all things handgun related, section 7.3. Long barrelled revolvers, long barrelled pistols and section 5. Overseas contributions are more than welcome.

They were marketed a few years by SGC as the Competitor, not sure if he had some of them marked up as his....?
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Very nice Sandgroper, I had my hands on the Badger types 6,5x55 a couple of years ago and must admit I had not seen them before. A .357Mag sounds like a reasonable choice as well.

Bit of a thread resurrection, but I've been tinkering with my Competitor LBP and below is the result...

Apart from changing the sights, I've constructed a detachable stock for it - not pretty wtf but it's only a prototype. Feels really comfortable and is pretty solid - I'm looking forward to giving a test run over the next couple of weeks.

To load and unload the stock rotates through 90 degrees, it does need a ramp to ensure the case ejects cleanly but other than that it's good to go! :good:

Bloody hell Grant, I never thought a Competitor could actually get any uglier!
