Picatinny Rail/One piece mount

#1 Post by Mike357 »

If one buys a .20 MOA one piece mount such as those in development by Third Eye Tactical, I take it that you no longer need a Picatinny Rail as the one piece mount goes on the top of the receiver?

Are one piece better than two piece?
It's not the pace of life that concerns me, it's the sudden stop at the end!

Yes the TET rail replaces the standard rail, I prefer one piece as they add a little bit more rigidity to the receiver, Also two piece mounts *might* move relative to each other which will never happen with a one piece mount.
