A neighbour that knows I shoot popped over the other day with cartridge he'd found in the field while walking his dog, he was worried about it at the time and called the police, but they were more interested if someone had been shooting.
as you can see there is no primer in it, but I was curious about the bullet, as the tip seems to have an extended piece in it, and the very tip has three tiny holes in it.
Does anyone know what it is?
