Time?

Not sure where this should be posted but here it goes......in order to get the correct time to show I have had to set the time as Azores Standards time (GMT -1), I have tried it with summer/DST selected/not selected and if I select Western European/GMT the timestamp is one hour fast......whats going on???.

My timezone is set as:
[UTC] Western European Time, Greenwich Mean Tim
Summer Time/DST in effect? No

And this correctly displays 11:13pm in the upper right of the screen. Try that.

servers often use UTC as it gets around the whole timezone thing

This is correct, then when we change the time again you tick Yes to summer time.
