Something about this news story just doesn't add up what do you guys think were they real guns or deactivated?

Don't know about Fake News, but its very Old News... the article is dated 2011....

I wonder if he's out yet? The article doesn't explicitly say whether they're de-acts/replicas or live firearms though, but considering the 16 year sentence i'd have hoped they were live!

They were live. Ammunition was also recovered. He will be eligible for parole next year.
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Guns dont kill people. Dads with pretty Daughters do...!

Live? So the bit about buying them on ebay was a porkie, then?................and who was he buying them from?

Add the daily mail into the equation and the credibility diminishes exponentially...........

Only needs one to be live though - Ebay haven't allowed firearms sales (of any kind) since about 2000 i think.
