Cleaning solution for Wet Rotary Tumbler - Suggestions
Just bought myself a Lyman Rotary tumbler. Have run my first lot of 44Mag case through it with the supplied cleaning solution. Results were amazing.
However it only comes with 2fl oz enough for two lots.
Does anyone else use a wet tumbler and have a product or solution to recommend.

I use 1 tbsp Meguiars Ultimate Wash & Wax plus 1 tsp citric acid.Gh0st wrote:Does anyone else use a wet tumbler and have a product or solution to recommend.
The citric acid heaps to clean and passivate the surface for protection, and the wash & wax cleans and leaves a microscopic hard polymer coating that helps protect against tarnishing and corrosion. Or something like that.

I have just put some 6,5-284 brass through my LEM and only ever use James Seaclean which gives superb results.

Very little citric acid, 1/4 teaspoon is enough to soften the water and a squirt or two of lemon washing up liquid.
There's room for all Gods creatures, next to the mash and gravy :)

I’m not looking to spend loads, so something simple will do as long as it cleans the brass.
Question. How do people dry / store the stainless pins?
