Just two locks per pistol or more Adam? The waterproof part is intriguing for a wheel lock although I have seen pictures of fully enclosed wheel lock pistols in the past.dromia wrote:I would have two, the pair of superimposed load, waterproof wheel lock holster pistols made by Pierre Bergier of Grenoble for Louis Dauphin of France.
I have only seen these once, many years ago at auction and I fell in love with them and have coveted them ever since as the highest level of the gunmaker's art I have ever seen. If they were ever to come on sale again I suspect they would a tad more than I could afford so your hypothetical post is the only way I could own them even hypothetically.

I'd have some sort of 9mm self loading pistol for target and competition shooting.
Most likely I'd have the Glock 17 version of the Razorback..

Glock 21.... 13 rnds of .45 goodness, in a fairly light and very shootable package.
Accurate enough for target use (used to use mine for Practical Pistol), and powerful enough to deal with 2 and 4 legged critters

I am really fond of my AR15 in 300 Blackout, but the range is somewhat limited, so for overall utility, I would go with a Lewis Machine & Tool 308 MWS (Modular Weapon System), with a 20 inch barrel and with a spare 16 inch barrel, Surefire Warcomp compensator and the appropriate Surefire suppressor, Leupold Mk 4 LRT 4 - 4.5 - 14 x 50 scope or the equivalent Nightforce, with Dueck RTS (Rapid Transition Sight) as back-up iron sights.

I think despite the fake P90, the five AR’s I’ve had, the revolvers, the laser like .308 rifles, the MP5, the four handguns I’ve had and the box fed 12 gauge...

Gustav m/45 9mm
Stupidly simple, easily controllable from single shot to full auto, lightweight, small, very accurate to 100m.
As a general purpose gun it ticks all the boxes - really enjoyed being issued one back in the day.

AR15, Select Fire, with both a standard .556 bolt carrier, and a .22lr conversion.
Can do most things with that, except clays.
