Re: registering de-acts
It’s an EU law that has been forced upon us because Brexit has been delayed.

Re: registering de-acts
Hello
Talking with a RFD friend recently, and I agree "silly" looks like the end is nigh for de-ac collectors. But when has anything that the government implemented regarding firearms made any sense. Latest EU regs already stipulate welded solid lumps of steel.
If and when we exit the EU do you think anyone will revoke this " I don't think so"

if the relevant deacts are not registered by Thursday 12th, people will be committing a a firearms offence, so will loose their F.A.C/S.G.C certificates aaarggh

Re: registering de-acts
Strangely it seems that we don't have to register 'defectively deactivated' firearms, only ones deactivated to the current standard.

I'm sure the streets will be much safer for this load of piffle.

So, pre-95 spec and the post-95 spec prior to the more recent EU inspired specs are not required to be registered......?
How messed up is that
