I have had a straight pull M1 Carbine for several years now, while we are talking about them I have been trying for a while to get the NRA at Bisley to accept .30 Carbine for use on the Melville range. I know they used to shoot it in gallery rifle comps a few years ago but then it fell out of favour. Anyone else pushed for this as I just like shooting the short range downloaded stuff.
