Big up for Negrini

Forum rules
Posting of negative comments in the Gunshop section could bring unwanted criticism on the forum, having said that it is important to let members know if dealings with a Gunshop were less than ideal for you. To that end we will allow what will be known as the 'Scotsgun Ruling'

The Scotsgun Ruling:

>Add Gun Shop here<

"As I've yet to have a 'positive' experience there, I'll refrain from commenting further."

Beyond that please take it up with the Gunshop, if you do resolve the issue in a agreeable manner let us know!

This rule applies to the entire forum.

Big up for Negrini

#1 Post by KenPattison »

Ok, so apart from my new member posts this is my first, had a scout around the forum and can't seem to see a specific product cat, anyway, thought I would start in general.

I just wanted to big up Negrini as recently purchased a second gun case, they sent the wrong one, contacted and they apologised, sending the correct one ASAP......Also, told me to keep the incorrectly supplied one, class service.

Now I know they could be excused for saying keep the wrongly supplied variant as they are after all based in Italy, but, the response I have received is second to none. To be honest, I gave purchased directly from Beretta too over this last year and again, perfect service.......Top draw both companies :good:

Always good to read of a company doing something right, people are quick to criticise, less so to praise.

You ordered direct from Beretta Italy?

Yes ordered quite a few bits from Beretta directly but only clothing, they do also have a nice and comprehensive spare parts section, and judging by the overview mostly in stock......Can't see there being much of a problem in shipping unless new customs declarations, although, I suppose you can only go so far with stating 'turned parts' or springs?

GMK are actually very easy to deal with for spares as they have an on-line portal, so I can select what I need and there is a good chance it will be here the following day. They are sensibly priced as well. I did look into spares from the EU however the postage is silly for a handful of springs and pins, plus it is supporting the UK import trade.
