I have three, one I purchased (Hopeless) one I made (OK) and this one (Perfect for my needs) The red heat shrink is only to prevent me loosing it in my tool tray. I just nip the locking ring up enough to give some resistance and adjust with this tool, it means I only need one hand instead of three.
