GSG Red Dot Sight

24" and less, a place to discuss all things handgun related, section 7.3. Long barrelled revolvers, long barrelled pistols and section 5. Overseas contributions are more than welcome.

GSG Red Dot Sight

#1 Post by johngarnett »

Please has anyone got instructions for the GSG Red Dot sight as supplied for the 1911?
There appears to be 3 screws in the body for adjustment.
I know I could 'shoot and twiddle' but I wanted a slightly more scientific approach shakeshout shakeshout
Thank you

Didn't even know they were doing their own now. 3 screws probably means one for windage, one for elevation and the last one locks them off. If that is the case you'll need to extremely careful not to try to adjust it until the locking screw is identified and loosened off.

Did you buy this new or S/H? After Googling I can't find any examples of a GSG made red dot/one specific for their 1911?
