An FAC air rifle is not a bad idea, someone I know uses one and always tells me it is flatter shooting over the first 50 yards than a .22LR and I assume a moderated pre-charged would be quiet. Only downside I can think of is cost.

A Sportsman would not be a bad choice and a lot cheaper than some things..

That is my concern as well. Much better to pick up a .22LR as they are always available and will eventully sell if needed.

Never is a long time, I think it may depend on where you are. I've sold a few second hand FAC air rifles and they went quite quickly.

Its all the extra stuff with the air bottles that I find a hassle, unless you got yourself a good old springer.

As I said it depends where you are and the nature of the customer base.

You guys are nuts.......great trigger, match grade barrel, best reliability around and will feed on practically every type of 22 ammo....it has to be the Anschutz 525
