Brown Bess, Pedersoli, Carbine "For Sale"

#1 Post by Tower75 »

Hi guys and girls,

I'm just putting the feelers out at the moment - pics will obviously follow if there's interest.

I have a Pedersoli Brown Bess carbine

Is it flintlock, .75cal or 11/12 bore, smoothbore.

While there was never an official "Brown Bess" carbine, Pedersoli has made one. I bought it when I was 18 and it was the ML that I learnt on. It is in very good condition.

Reason for sale? Well, to tell the turth, I just don't use it anymore. I used to be BIG into muzzle-loading, but for the last year or so, I get more satisfaction out of reloading for, and shooting, my classic military boltguns. I think I'm just going off muzzle loading.

I'd be after £250 for it, go look at the brand new prices of Pedersoli gear, and buyer to pay RFD fees and p'n'p.

This is classed as a shotgun, so all you need to purchase is a SGC

Any interest out there?
Wait, so I can own a .55 calibre Boys anti-tank rifle, but not a .22 pistol?
