It's like this I got on the scales before Xmas and I was 16'10 :o :( my dearly beloved pointed out the heart issues with my Mum and Dad and that maybe now would be a good time to get back to a more sensible weight.

To be honest she's right and I'm starting to worry every time I get in the bath that Greenpeace will burst in to rescue the stranded Whale :lol: :lol:
