I have an ASE Utra JetZ Compact BL and am quite impressed by its solid construction. They are described as: "all-steel, all-welded units rated for professional use on semiautomatic and select fire weapons."

For my .223 I have both a Tier One Spartan 3, which can be reflex or end of barrel, I also have a wildcat predator 8 for my .223 - which beats it for performance. The wildcat report is more high pitched than the T1, but I found my accuracy was better with the wildcat.

On my .308 I have the Wildcat Evo, slightly smaller than the Predator, but does a good job.

ALl of my rifles are currently range use only.

Work better with a neoprene cover for long shots, but I imagine that's true of all mods.

Bloody seals, one of the Labs rolled on a dead one on Monday and the place still reeks of it and probably will do for another few days, that is despite him splashing round in the creeks afterwards and being cleaned when he got home.

I have a Predator 12 for my .22 rifles and I also don't use the rear bushing they supply. I have a thin leather sleeve I place over the barrel and then I screw the moderator on. That way there is no chance of the barrel being marked.

The Bush they cut for me seems to be plastic......
