Just an update. Contacted quite a few people, and got radio silence on majority (probably don't want to show their hand as such?). Speaking with someone at the range who is an RFD, they said Germany is among the hardest to get stuff from at present.

They will blame it on the situation in the Ukraine, as everybody else is doing for lack of reloading essentials and exorbitant price rises.
