Quick Google find suppliers of cartidge papers. Might be worth looking for an artist supplies shop, though fag papers might be cheaper.

Fag papers ARE easier to find = most corner shops have them!!

To me the convenience of the fag papers MAY also lead to folk going this route into a new aspect of the hobby - at a later date they may then decide to make a more historically accurate paper wrapped cartridge to keep the badgers at bay
