General Licences in England
- what you need to know -

Defra has published three new general licences for bird pest control in England. They took effect at one minute past midnight on Friday 14 June.

• For Defra general licence GL34 to conserve wild birds and flora and fauna, click here

• For Defra general licence GL35 to preserve public health or public safety, click here

• For Defra general licence GL36 to prevent serious damage to crops and livestock, click here

We recommend you download and carefully read the licence that applies to you to ensure you understand their terms and adhere to them at all times.
