iv got an early (non safety catch) rossi and its been totally faultless
being a 24" s/steel octagon barrel model its got a nice bit of weight to it plus if capacity is important it'l hold 13+1 .357m's

Thanks for your help gents. I have bitten the bullet (no pun intended....) and put a deposit on a Rossi .357/.38 with a 16" barrel, seems to be almost the only new Rossi in the country and I believe they have condensed their range, possibly not exporting to the UK anymore.
Almost went to see a Chiappa but the RFD was so dismissive (which made me remember why I stopped using them ages ago) I didn't want to give them my hard earned money.
More to follow after A&S have done my variation..... probably a couple of months [DISAPPOINTED FACE]
