I have a lot of experience about shooting in the UK and only a little experience of shooting live quarry in Canada. I am commenting on that which I know a little about about.

I can speculate on a couple of differences such as geography and quarry with larger kill zones.

That's not an answer to my question.
What is the difference between shooting a rabbit in Canada and shooting one in the UK?
And you still have not answered my previous question teanews

Gazza, Dromia has already said he wasn't speaking about shooting in Canada but talking about what he knows, shooting in the UK.

Anyway, back on topic, your parallax range measurement option will only be very accurate for close ranges and get progressively less accurate as range increases, and only then once you have fitted a large wheel and calibrated it for your scope/eye combination.

Thanks for your info regarding the parallax, much appreciated :good:

I still can't see how dromia can comment about shooting quarry in the UK but not another country. Shooting a rabbit here is the same as anywhere.
