Not just restaurants but shops as well! Just bought a lovely sideboard/tv unit, delivered next day with apologies for not being able to deliver same day (man & van were busy) all for only 200euros!!

Boredom not a problem as there is so much to do and plenty of organisations crying out for volunteers. Booze also not a problem as I don't drink :( medication not choice!!

Although they seem to shoot anything that moves in some parts the only 'target' stuff and clubs is shotgun!!

Might have to find a rich shooter & start up a range. Plenty of space for a sea range

I think I've posted more in the two weeks we've been here than the rest put together, so no chance of getting rid of me!

Think it might take a little while to get a range up & running. They don't really understand why we shoot paper targets!

What about the Troodos mountains?...or is everything protected up there? No dis-used quarries???

The Troodos mountains are glorious and as such are protected. Haven't seen any quarries at all, let alone disused. Mind you the monks might object to a range there - no idea why though :lol: :lol:
