12ga Slug from ammo zone
I recently tried some cheep slugs from Chis at ammo zone after seeing them on his website
http://www.ammo-zone.co.uk
at £30 per hundred I thought they were worth a try I was certainly impressed and they accurate and as far as I am concerned better than even magtech slugs
(which I normally buy)

Re: 12ga Slug from ammo zone
Says 50 rounds per pack - is the £30 per 100?
Given that the Magtech are £71 per 100 & his Gualandi slug are £1 each then IF they are £30 per 100 it's a good saving.
What slug type is in these?

Re: 12ga Slug from ammo zone
I'm sorry my mistake I meant to put £30 a bag of 50 or £60 per 100 but I got confused.
The slugs are shuttlecock shaped sabot slugs

I cast them & load my own slugs....costs are way under £30 per 100, let alone £30 per 50!!
Re: 12ga Slug from ammo zone
Well what ever they are the ones I bought are great to shoot and cheaper than and better than the Magtech that I was using before this.

Re: 12ga Slug from ammo zone
Wonder who is making them, as they'll be small batch reloads...as I don't know of any commercial firm that is using the Lyman mold slugs
