The bipods are progressing and I need to think about the finished colour. the first lot were in satin black anodised and it has been suggested that the second run are a different colour, satin silver and satin deep red have been suggested, does anyone have a view on this? Certainly 3-4 are going to forum members from memory.

There are a few subtle changes as well including a longer elevation shaft centre to reduce weight slightly.

Talking of colour...... Did you take any photos of the finished purple rifle you were in the process of building a while back, would be good to see the finished article? bangbang

I do indeed have pictures of garish zombie purple one and a titanium and black. I will post a picture of the purple one however the other is rather special and will be kept under wraps for a bit longer as it has some new stuff on it.

Not quite floral, however on the 'bright' theme here is another. On the subject of paint jobs I have just launched a little competition to choose the colour scheme for another rifle that is heading off very shortly. details here:

Talking of bipods and colour schemes.......... you could always go for the elaborate bipod display stand as recently modelled at Bisley :lol:
