I would have said that the surplus together with the increase in membership was more newsworthy! CSR, like all other disciplines is a niche compared to TR.

Not as much a niche and those figures don't account for the increased numbers at CSR league matches so far in 2014, will probably finish 2014 with numbers nearer 900. :good:

SB Long Range, Target Shotgun, Multigun etc, just look at the NRA match entry figures. Do those matches make a profit of are they being subsidised?

SAW and Pheonix usually run at a loss.

No idea which matches make profits or losses BUT there has been creative accounting in the past.

One thing that is never accounted for is the profits on accommodation for each event for instance
