NRA Website not being the most user friendly.
If you want to enter F Class of GR by snail mail, here are the relevent forms.

If you go to the Imperial entry bit of the NRA website (key Nra Competitions), At the bottom it says 'click here'. From there you have been able to download or print off the entry forms since it was put on the website.

John, thanks for doing that I will get a friend to print them off. I don't have a printer and due to our funding I do not believe that we can enter via on line, will confirm soon.
I have only looked at the on line entry for the Imperial and did not like it - will give it another go if our lot can accommodate it.
