FAC Renewal Quality of Service Survey

A very disappointing uptake as I certainly know of two who despite prompting did not forward the details.

What does the NRA plan to do with this data Heather?

169 answered the survey.

Abysmal response.

I am very disappointed about this result tbh.
With the amount of members the NRA has that is simply pure laziness that people have not responded.

Is it always this way with NRA surveys?

Nope over 1200 answered mine!

Might be that most people are happy with their service or havent recently had to renew

well assuming this survey is still running next February when mine renewal is due i'll respond

Given that the HOSC only received 900 responses from 715,000 certificate holders and the importance of responding to that, i'd say 169 was quite a good haul for this!
