I bet that takes just a little bit of practice!!!
Back in the day, when I had a Mod 21 and Mod 17, I did find them the most naturally pointing guns over any of the other Semi's I'd had.
Very much a marmite gun, but I loved mine.

Glorious troops of the Motherland use sights Tovarisch......it is the likes or the Modzhakhedy that don’t.If the Taliban, Al Qaeda and IS etc actually learned what sights are for properly we would be in trouble!!!
Soviet snipers equipped with the Dragunov would often carry a Stechkin, which are select fire, as a PDW incase they got caught in a CQB and would train to fire them quickly without raising the pistol up to eye level to use the sights and still be able to hit their target, handy for snap-shooting at close range.

We call that a "flash sight picture"
