Pure tin

#1 Post by JD4570 »

Anyone out there who casts their own bullets and wants some pure tin in the near future, please let me know as I am putting together a bulk order.

Obviously, the more we can buy, the better the price although that will vary from day to day, like all metal prices.

The advantage of the tin I'm offering is that it comes in stick form; about 15 inches long and 1/4" square. Ideal for dipping into the melt to add more, or for snipping into pellets. If you really want ingots, I can order those too.

Please email me on sales@jdreloading.com if interested and I will get back to you with a price once I know the full amount needed from everyone.

OK we've got enough interest to do an order for tin.

Price is £28 per kilo, plus a little bit in carriage. Groups buys would keep this reasonable.

Any more for any more?

It's still £28 per kilo and the supplier says tin is rising at the moment.

I'll be finalising the order tomorrow.
