Oh cock! Edgar Brothes are the importers of Alliant Powders.....

We'll not see it for a couple of years and it will probably be a squillion quid a tub!

Is it just not like Pyrodex?

I was going to use Pyrodex but am converted to powdered coal as I have a dishwasher and an understanding wife.

I used real B/P years ago, but it's availability in my area had me switch to Pyrodex. Pyrodex I found was dirtier, inconsistant and more corrosive than B/P!!!

Thankfully, along came Triple 7. Nowhere near as corrosive, a lot more consistant and accurate than B/P and an absolute breeze in clean up. Just cold running water and a patch!

The indoor club I shoot M/L revolvers on doesn't allow B/P but Pyrodex and 777 are OK. Another substitute, especially if it does what it says on the tin, will be a boon for us not using coal...
