Not a bad book that.
The Korean "100 ways to wok your dog" is also a good one.

Eurgh!.......dog meat is really bitter unless you scrape all the fat off, and even then it isn't good!!! :squirrel:

How did you come to eat dog? wtf

Maybe this could be a good info thread to determine what unusual meat is the most palatable.

I fancy trying squirrel but I've not got access to a squidger shoot yet.

Squirrel is good but not worth the effort. Rabbit is better.

Ostrich, kangaroo, Crocodile, horse etc are all good. If you look up the meat man website you can order some exotic meats and try them.
