I have a number of bipods I will give them all a try on the Ruger next weekend if Im still not happy I will look to buy something suitable.

Dave, I picked up an earlier version of one of these for when you can’t fit a bipod but what some “rested” testing. Cheap as chips, light enough to be chucked in your bag, but stable enough I’ve found.

In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?
