Reply to my email enquiry to Heinz Sanders:

"Dear Sir ,
we ship within the EU only and after February 1st no longer into the UK
Friendly Yours
Ballistic Service
H.S."

If you don't use them, it's of no interest............if you did, then Lapua bullets and cases are going to be a lot more expensive............

So much for the transition period then (during which "virtually nothing will change for businesses or for the public").

More like a poor interpretation of the changes to come. I see no reason why they cannot ship here just like there is no reason why many items can be shipped to us from the USA. Well that is assuming the company cannot be bothered and plays the ITAR card...

We will certainly continue to ship our products to Europe.

A local home based RFD just supplied me with 1000 Lapua Scenar .308 167gr at £300 for a 1000. And he had just collected them from the wholesalers so they were new stock.

That's a good price, HS is £265 & shipping & transfer fee for the same.

£300/1000 is a bit of a give-away based on my latest trade list. However when you have no overheads and are a probably a part time RFD you can do such things.

I purchase my ballistol oil from a guy in Germany and he has been very keen to assure me that no matter what way the brexit vote was to go, there would be no interruptions to that supply. He is a businessman and NOT a politician, therefore I am more inclined to believe him.

If Herr Heinz wants to play that game then good luck to him. I'm sure that there will be plenty others who will recognise the business opportunities that post brexit will bring.
