Full bore UK once the disease is dealt with.

#1 Post by Alpha1 »

OK
It's 01:40 am I have consumed my 1/3rd of a bottle of Laphroaig so its time to put the World to right.
Tell me it's a load of nonsense if you want to but I had a thought. How cool would it be if we all got together once we were all Covid free and had just one day together on the range just having fun.
Actually, it would be very difficult to do that but maybe we could have a regional get-together on an agreed weekend. Then post all the pictures on here.
I am thinking of an overnight stay on a Friday followed by a Saturday on the range then every one naffs of home. I could book a MOD range in the North East of England and declare it a guest day with out breaking any rules.

OK shoot me down now before I fall off my chair and slide under the desk if I fall off my chair I can not see the screen anymore. There are all sorts of goodies on the floor under this desk bits of crisps nuts hmm or I could just curl up and go sleep. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

I seem to remember "Full-Bore" T-shirts, (or was it hats?) back in the day............and shooting with both a small bunch at Bisley (inc Bnz?), and one or two at Worthy Down (inc Jenks?)

I remember getting very wet at Bisley on an F-B outing, it was immense fun on the day.

We look cold and wet, I was shivering, even the camera shows spots of rain lol

It was just the wettest day ever - I do not recall being out shooting in more rain than we saw that day.

Has it really been 10 years....that makes me feel old wtf
