In Small-bore shooting the 10 ring "bullseye", x ring is centrally within the bullseye and gives further scoring from 10.1 -10.9 to how close to the middle.

There are other targets and scoring methods available and context has a lot to do with which one is being referred to in a post, but this is a typical "Ten Spot" bench Target.
