I'm thinking about giving my Anschutz a new stock, and I'm wondering if anyone has had experience with the Parmoor products?
The site is: https://gun-stocks.co.uk/

The video of his copying jig is well worth a watch.

Interesting video ... although a little long. I noted that he used ordinary Scandinavian Birch Ply ...

I've got one of those on my CZ452... I bought the unfinished version and stained it, then 10-12 coats of Tru-oil

Gnerally a good fit, needed a little fine tuning but works well..

Thanks everyone for the info. thankssign
I've done the same as Daryll and ordered an unfinished stock. That'll keep me out of mischief for a while once it arrives. :squirrel:

By unfinished, do you mean fully shaped and inletted, just needing bedding, fine sanding, and surface treating with oil or whatever?

Yes. It's shaped, inletted and sanded down to 120 grit, so it'll need final sanding and then a finish of your choice. They also do fully finished stocks, using various single woods and mixtures of woods, with some kind of varnish/sealer etc.

The Anschutz BR50-U7 from Intershoot is £600. The same stock from Parmoor - albeit requiring a bit of work - is just short of £230. For my pocket money allowance, that's a total no-brainer. :D

As Les said, they're inlet and just need finishing... it also came with the rubber butt pad.

Here's mine...

That maple and walnut comfort stock looks really ace, I'll maybe give him a call.
