'Target Knob' Turrets for scopes not already having them..

#1 Post by millemigliadave »

Hi, I've seen advertised for sale on eBay 'Stoney Point' screw-on turrets for scopes that don't already have them. These replace the adjuster cover with a finger adjustable turret. They only list a fitting for Leupold scopes, however I would like to fit a pair of these to a Simmons scope.

I wonder if anyone on here either knows if the threads are compatible, or if a version that fits Simmons scopes is available elsewhere?

Thanks in advance.

I have one on my WTC1.5-bowl scope, works well.
So they are available but I've had this for 20+ years and don't know the make or supplier, sorry.

ETA: I've taken a look and the worn logo on the top looks like Stoney Point, and a quick google shows I might be right.

Good deals with Paul101, Charlotte the flyer, majordisorder, Charlie Muggins, among others. Thanks everybody.

They certainly made them for Simmons so you may find them somewhere.
