Odd Malfunction

Had this happen. Anyone know why? And what i can do

I'd guess magazine feed lips... can you try a different magazine..?

It does it on all mags.

I am reloading. Oal is ok, world you lengthen or shorten it?

Clean breech face .
Check extractor for chips on tip , angle might be worn , loss of spring tension.
Check ejector .
Make sure barrel is seating properly in the frame .
Check slide stop for wear and excessive play.

Why ejector/ extractor? These are both live rounds -just for my understanding

The extractor assists in feeding as well as extracting .
If you have the problem with all magazines its either a gun fault or an ammo fault .

One other possibility is that there is a problem with the mag catch allowing excess magazine movement .

In the good old days the simple solution was to check barel seating properly , then mag catch being faulty .
After that simply replace extractor system . IT would have cost a few pounds back then .
