Not just "flares" --- the CS pellet also ....... One company in Austria offers a PINFIRE miniature pistol, but of course as it is manufactured after the magic date in 1939 it cannot be classed as a s.58(2) "curio or ornament". These miniatures often appear on auction house sites: the rule of thumb is that if they have SEPARATE grip plates then they may well be s.58(2) but anything where the butt has integral engaving is NOT. Please be careful.
