are there any red flags in there? I've read it and it just seems they are tacking on about taking more time returning, and basically saying don't be afraid to take stuff.

It isn't firearms licensing it is firearms certification.

You don't get a licence you get a certificate.

If plod can't even get that right then we are indeed doomed.

Any answers I gave concerning firearms or shotguns always contained the word "Certificate". Made a point of it. :good:

And firearms are not "certified " the person is, to give authority to be in legal possession.

If anyone notices any poisoned suggestions, bad ideas or red flags in the consultation doc, can they please post them & what they suggest in reply - None of the NGBs have made suggestions on how to complete it!
