Interesting but could you have not done that your self using a Cronograph. ?

Chronographs only measure velocity not pressure.

Yes, could have got the speed, but if others are using the loads it is helpful to get some due diligence behind me to help the insurance company.
My insurance doesn't require prior testing of loads but for my own peace of mind....
This load met CiP approval limits and if I had some more tested I could fit the CiP label on them.

But isnt that particular load only relevant to your Gun or barrel that they have tested. So its safe to use in your Gun but that does not mean it would be safe in my Winchester 94AE for example or am I missing the point.
Or is that just the round they have tested and certified it can be used safely in a underlever rifle manufactured to CIP specs.

What it means is that in the pressure barrel, which is used for all pressure testing load data from manufacturers, that particular load combination is within the CIP maximum pressure for that load.

So it is a safe load and within the data specs for the round.

Proof house testing is a recommendation in the pressure stickies on this forum as a way of ensuring your loads are with the safe pressure limits for that round.
