If you are making it or modifying it, repairing it or restoring it, it goes in here.

I bought this rifle 25 years ago and it has been well used really well used over that time . Its tired. Accuracy has dropped off dramatically. If you look down the bore the rifling looks very thin.
I am reluctant to scrap it Its a favourite. We have history.

there's no locking lugs, so I can't see why you couldn't fit a replacement barrel or make a new barrel for it yourself. it's just a thread and a cut out for the extractor, then some dovetails on the exterior. you could even go all fancy and flute it! I doubt a gunsmith is going to be worth paying to do the work. you could probably buy 2 replacement rifles for the rebarrel cost. you've already got the fancy barrel spiders, you just need a reamer!

Try the Winchester importer - whoever that is - they might be able to get you a drop-in replacemaent.

Fox Firearms have lots of barrel blanks - might be worth an email.
