Try right clicking and selecting download. Once its completed, go to the folder you saved it in and opening directly with acrobat.

It locked mine Two or three times too. I thought that it was my notebook, obviously not. Perhaps there is a gremlin on the NRA website?

Not claiming there ISN'T a problem, but it all downloads fine on my computer.
If you can narrow down the issue we will look at it. But the biggest file is only 1MB.

I think the issue is with the page itself, I just opened it in Opera and it maxed one of my CPU's out and the browser hung so it is not just Firefox.

John, that link is a lot better for me, quick as a quick thing.
Steve, it hangs IE for me as well and I stopped my AV Scan engine before trying to open the page. Odd.
